Actor
Dean is noticeably gaining a reputation for being a new breed of hard nosed urban actor. Working intensely with the tools in his locker to deliver a solid and truthful hard hitting gritty performance. Under the guidance of Paul McNeilly, Dean was taught the fundementals of acting thru Paul's evening and weekend workshop's, and went on to act in Paul's play "Jellied EELS" at camden Theatre Technics. It could be said that Dean's trademark, is not a theatrical actor, more of a real life reactive actor, always pushing and exploring new boundaries, and always willing to play any controversial role.
Dean has worked his way up the career ladder, working as a support artist on "The Sky In Bloom", "7 Lives", "Mercenaries" in 2010. More recently in 2011 he played "The Rebel Leader" in feature film "Different Perspectives".
Having finished filming a pilot "Reality" based show for National Geographic as a presenter in Jan 2012, he is now in preperation to play the lead in a new film project called "Ashes", looking to shoot in April (Investment opportunities available, please email). Author
Dean is also an author, having written his own memoir aptly named "The Tearaway". Such is the quality of the writing, Simon and Schuster Ltd Publishers offered Dean a book publishing deal. The book deal has sealed Dean's reputation for his hard hitting, gritty analysis of his own experiences.
Alongside "The Tearaway", Dean is now on his 1st novel, writing a compelling, sexy, racey story of two brothers hell bent on earning as much money as possible in the 80's using the fastest cars as their weapon's of choice.

Development
Not only writing and acting, Dean and writing partner John F McDonald, have a series of projects in development. These range from film treatments to documentary formats. Most noteable is the screenplay based on John McDonald's novel
Talking To God. Dean is set to play the lead role "Francis Page" and the film is now in pre-production.
